Important Notes:

The EnterpriseWizard app uses a server-based knowledgebase that is created free from within the app. The EnterpriseWizard Free Edition does not expire. Unlike 30 day trials that disappear just when you start getting value out of them, it remains available as long as you are using it. When you sign up, we create a hosted Knowledgebase with free licenses for an administrator, 5 staff seats and 5 end users. There are no obligations or costs.

When you fill out the form, you may select the business processes you want turned on in your KB. In minutes, you will have a solution hosted on one of our servers and fully customizable to your exact needs. The Knowledgebase is also available from our standard web interface through all standard operating systems and browsers.

Great mobile version of a great piece of software

I manage an independent shoe reseller, and I've used EnterpriseWizard's online edition for years and I've always been really happy with it. I use it mainly for asset management, which is important given how many suppliers and vendors I have to deal with, and of the three software systems that I've tried over the past 5 years EnterpriseWizard has been the best option. The only real downside I've ever had with it is that I wasn't able to access it without an internet connection, so I had trouble whenever I had to travel (which is pretty often). This lets me access my knowledgebases over a phone connection, so this app has been a very good addition for me.

Strong software and an easy interface

My company works with a lot of small buyers (we wholesell soda so we tend to have a lot of small purchasers instead of just a few major clients) and this is a fantastic app since it lets our reps access info on clients and orders from anywhere. The software can do a lot considering it’s free, and the knowledgebases have a lot of room for different information fields. Try it out if you’re considering it, it’s good for me and worst case scenario you’ve lost nothing.

Great mobile interface

I’m really glad that I found this app. I’m a CIO and I’ve always had trouble coordinating help desk information when I’m also running between locations trying to deal with other execs, so I absolutely love this app. With this I can access all the customer issues and support tickets remotely without needing a wifi connection, which is a huge help considering how much work I have to do while I’m sitting in traffic or off site. The help desk functionality in this program is really solid, and it’s probably the best choice for anyone who has to do IT work remotely.
